At Aghanoor Bridal, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our couture; however, if your order does not meet your expectations, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom-tailored bridal pieces and altered garments are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and photographs of the item to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the unworn garment in its original luxury packaging, ensuring all designer tags, security seals, and embroidery protectors are intact.

• 3.
  Shipping and Handover

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a complimentary home pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our atelier verifies the condition of the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
